Non-exclusive ("simple" and constrained-purpose) usage rights for the images and data indicated above are given, as far as permitted by applicable law, to appleute GmbH as far as the images and data are used, copied or modified for the purpose of testing, developing, updating and supporting the BAYSICS app (needing these images and data) in the scope of contractual work. Redistribution or presentation needs written consent of the BAYSICS project lead. A later modification of these terms is possible.
